We opened our doors in 2003 as an all-Agile firm. Agile is who we are; it's what we do; it's what we've always done. We started by building enterprise systems and other large Agile custom software projects. In 2005, after a number of clients had asked us to help them get Agile, we developed our own, unique approach to blended-team coaching. The approach was so successful that we extended the opportunity to others looking for an effective way to get their teams Agile. And, we continue to do custom software development.

We choose our staff carefully and train them as developers first and then as coaches. Cyrus developer-coaches have a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices and the ability to transfer that knowledge. We have extensive experience leading technical teams in many industries without disrupting the client's culture. Cyrus has seen, and solved, all different kinds of problems applying Agile techniques, which we draw on to guide the client's developers as they navigate around roadblocks.
