As a Junior Developer you will

• Create complex software solutions
• Use Object Oriented languages – Java/J2EE and Ruby on Rails (Experience with Rails isn’t required.)
• Work with highly analytical, experienced programmers
• Code in a Test Driven Development, Paired Programming environment
• Constantly learn and implement the latest Agile practices
• Use open source tools including Google Web Toolkit, Apache, Tomcat, FIT, JUnit, Webwork, PicoContainer, Hibernate, Velocity, Subversion and more
• Interact directly with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
• Experience all phases of software development from design to implementation
• Participate in design decisions
• Create quality software that you will be proud of
